Shipping policy

First Lady Diamonds offers worldwide shipping to your door.
Shipping within South Africa and most international destinations are free of charge. 

Local shipping (within South Africa) takes 3-4 business days from confirmation that your order has been shipped and is free of charge.

International shipping takes 7-14 business days from confirmation that your order has been shipped - Note that some destinations might carry an additional shipping surcharge that is dependent on order value and delivery location.

Some countries prohibit the shipping of jewellery items and in the case where we are unable to ship to your destination we would gladly assist with a full refund.

Please note total delivery time can vary from 3 - 31days dependent on whether an item is in stock and ready to ships or weather it has to be manufactured.

Note that we are making use of third party suppliers to ship your order. Shipping delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances or clearing and forwarding delays.
